We believe that making the connection between mind and body on many levels is the key to a healthy and happy life. Touching, conscious movement, breathing techniques make you aware of your intentions, your health status, your coping strategies and your connection with other people and the world around you.
Hi, we are Nicky and Simone and we both live our passion for a happy and healthy lifestyle. Massage, yoga and pilates are definately part of that lifestyle and we like to share our experience with you! We are both yogateachers and massage therapists. Simone is also a pilates teacher.
We started working together in the Netherlands, but Nicky moved to a town near München, Germany, where she continued her practice. Now we work together, but with a few miles between us. But that does'nt matter because we're connected ;-)
A massage is an invitation to listen to your inner self, to learn to understand what your body is trying to tell you. About your body, your mind, your overall well-being. Massage as a means to regain and retain your natural balance.

Whether the receiver is looking for serene relaxation, improved flexibility, or deep structural work, Simone's diverse educational background allows her to customize treatments for optimal effectiveness. She considers bodywork to be necessary in preventing stress and illness. She believes that the goal of wellness is attainable and that receiving regular massage and bodywork allows individuals to heal harmoniously.
There is no denying the power of bodywork! In our busy life we often forget to pay attention to our body and mind. Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it, therapeutic, rejuvenating or pampering, or reasons we seek it out, luxurious treat, stress relief or pain managment, massage can be a powerfull ally in your healthcare regimes.

Yoga is a spiritual science of self-realisation. It comes from India and goes back over five thousand years. The Indian sage Pantajali, in his Yoga sutras, defines yoga as the control of the activities of the mind. Yoga methods encompass the entire field of our existence, from the physical, emotional and mental to the spiritual. Its methods include ethical disciplines, physical postures, breath control, as well as meditation. Yoga practice in its different styles has many benefits for your physical and mental health. Nicky and Simone teach both Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and stress relief yoga.
Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.
